Could not add linux machine in .net collector however port 22 is opened

we have net collector installed and port 22 is already opened with one of the linux machine however it is not getting added to remote server in Optical prime and getting the below error message - unexpected error with the ssh connection to the server" XXXX". try again.

I have tried multiple times.
