You don't have access to the file

Hi,

A client has just sent me their live optics .siokit file so I could review the capacity of their environment. Unfortunately I get "You don't have access to the file" when I upload it.

What do I need to do to gain access to the file?

  Any Live Optics user should be able to upload any SIOKIT file.  This was not always the case, and it's possible that some residual code remains. 

  The quickest workaround is to have the owner share his Project with you, not the SIOKIT.  It is a simple process performed from within the portal.

  If necessary, please send the SIOKIT file to support@liveoptics.com, with a request and they can upload it for you.

  Had the same problem if anyone else come looking - the siokit file can only be uploaded by the person who generated the collector it seems.
