hello, why Liveoptics Optical Prime for VMware vCenter Queue length charts are always empty? is it Ok?

Yes, everything is ok with your reports.
Live Optics does not collect queue depth* data from VMware. The same is true of saturated core count. Both data points report as zero on Optical Prime projects.
*We believe that the correct field mappings are in place for some instances of VSAN to report Queue Depth.
