L/O enhancements

3 simple things that would make L/O better.

#1 get a notification when a capture has completed and processed.

# 2 the ability to write a small message with the capture request

# 3 the ability to copy others on the request ( this is a frequent ask of AE's and customers )

I use this tool a fair bit and always thought this was missing
