Can't fun collector long term due to login constraints

Unfortunately, we are not able to run the application for 24 hours due to login constraints on the servers.  When the RDP server we are running the report on disconnects, locks, or logs off, it stops the application entirely. Are there any switches or arguments we can use with the application to alleviate this?
