Bulk Physical Server Collection

I am trying to run LO on circa 50 physical servers but am running into an issue relating to obfuscated pw on a jump box that uses an obfuscated password courtesy of a PAM solution. 

The account has enough access rights but the obfuscated password seems to be blocking access. Will I have to log into each individual server, start a collector or is there a way of getting a bulk collection completed?
