Communication with remote server canceled

Hello Team, I was adding a few servers and storage devices in a clients environment, after successfully a few servers, I tried to add the storage and received the flowing error "communication with remote server canceled" Any help please.

  Roger, if you are adding in Servers then you must be using Optical Prime. This features only accepts Servers or Virtualization targets. 
  
  You would need to add the storage arrays under an asset specific assessment. You can browse through these in the collector itself.
