    I'm terribly sorry for the delayed response Gareth.

    If ever you run into issues registering a customer, please email support@liveoptics.com, and we will assist you.

    Please note that PArtners can only register customers by utilizing the Request Capture feature.  The Register Customer function was deprecated, and sometimes still appears in error.  We are working on removing that bug.
