I have no option for sending a request capture to a customer.

    This issue results from your setting as an End-User versus Partner-User.  I will review your user status and modify it appropriately.  

    In the future, please send an email to support@liveoptics.com for faster service.

    Fixed. You were registered as an End User. You are now registered as a Partner. Just log out and log back in!
