I have no option for sending a request capture to a customer.
Hello all
I have logged created an account and logged into LiveOptics.
However, on my dashboard I have no option for sending a collector request to a customer.
I only have the ability to actually download the collector and upload the IOkit file.
Your help greatly appreciated.

Fixed. You were registered as an End User. You are now registered as a Partner. Just log out and log back in!
