Optical Prime - Solaris

I'm having below error on customer collecting optical prime from a solaris machine:

 

ERROR: 2020-02-07T09:30:08Z RemoteShell::ReadResponse() timeout.  cmd='echo "<iokitdata>"; iostat -Enr; echo "</iokitdata>";

' server='uspcvidb14'

2020-02-07T09:30:08Z Setting status to error.

ERROR: 2020-02-07T09:30:08Z Failed to run iostat -Enr

ERROR: 2020-02-07T09:30:08Z Failed to detect any devices.

  Hi,

  Is problem is resolved. Because I am facing same issue on HPUX Server
