Running remote scripts takes over an hour and then times out

    Thank you for writing in.  This is going to require a support ticket.  There are two many possibilities to answer here.  I will create one for you.

    Please attach the complete: LiveOptics_TroubleshootingTrace.txt, to the ticket after I create it.  It resides in the same folder/DIR as where you executed the collector.
