    Hi Terence, 

    VMAX 3 reports are currently manually correlated by PSS and the SLA is currently just under 5 business days.  The Live Optics service is intended to service requests where VMAX3 is not connected via Secure Remote Services (SRS) because there is a streamlined process for those systems.  The higher than expected volumes via Live Optics has been a challenge for SLA attainment.

    We're currently working on an automated report for VMAX3 which will significantly improve response time here.
