Server Name and Guest VM Name Not Showing

Is there an option to show the customer's Guest VM and Server names?  Sometimes when I run the Live Optics it is not giving me the actual host names and only showing me some random numbers that LO is assigning.

  Typically Live Optics (LO) does not change the Guest VM & Server names.  Sometimes the name may be a IP address. 

  Also, note that if you are viewing a "Published" file then the file is made anonymous since the intent is that you want to share this file with others and want to hide identifying information like Server names & IP Address etc.  If you want to see the severe name then you will need to get access to the original project and not the Published version.
