Add Remote Server Error: No disks were discovered on the server
Although the authentication was completed normally, the disk can not be detected.
Please let us know if you know how to detect the disk.

This is not entirely uncommon. There are multiple possibilities as to why this can happen. We would need the Trace log to determine the exact cause.

Is there a kB article we can reference on how to gather the log and submit it to you or are you able to provide additional details, please?
