DPACK collector encounter an error

Hi,

 

i was trying to run collection for Unity. After i key in IP address, username and password. 

It prompt my to enter date range for collection.

When i click on the calendar button. it pops out "DPACK collector encounter an error" and the app hangs.

we have 8 Unity. only 1 is working.

I tried latest and previous version of Liveoptics. also confirm i can access the GUI for all the Unity. But liveoptics not working.

  I am getting the same error as well trying to run on our Unity arrays also.  Did you happen to get an answer to your question?

  I am also getting the same error when running on 3 Unity arrays.

  Hi, I'm running into the same error have tried it also on multiple Unity arrays. Getting that 'DPACK collector encounter an error'.

  i submitted trace logs to DPack support. pending their findings.

  Hi Guys,

   

  The support team has got back to me with a latest version of the application which i tested on 1 previously not working Unity and its fine now.

  Please download the latest version to try.

  I am getting the same error even after installing latest version.
