Guest VM Disk Used

I need to get Guest VM disk used to reconcile a NetWorker image report. The previous Optical Prime reports for the customer (e.g. "LVVWD VxRail Prod") show all 0. Customer claims all VMs on, and VMtools in use. I'd like some guidance to avoid having the customer spin cycles if there is some other known reason this information isn't being picked up.

  This should be detected. You might need to refresh your collector, but this blog outlines the feature.
