Activating a new team member
Hi,
We've added a new team member and the account has been sat with a status of "Pending Activation" for 5 days now, what's the process to active a new team member? surely it cant take this long.

"Pending Activation," means the users have been added. However, they have not set a password or accepted the EULA. They should have received email's instructing them to do so. Please let support know if they did not.
Two options:
1. They browse to https://app.liveoptics.com and select the "Forgot Password," Option.
2. You send the user email addresses to Support, and we will email them directly with a URL to set their password.
