    Don,

    There was an issue with the Live Optics portal last Wednesday where projects were not being processed fast enough, resulting in a large backlog being generated.  This issue has been resolved and the projects have been processed out.  

    If you are still having an issue with your project, you should try to recreate the project by uploading the SIOKIT file.  This new project should not have any issues in completing and allow you to review the project data.

    Ultimately, if you think there is still a problem, you can open a ticket with the Live Optics Support Team to troubleshoot your issue further.
