Uploaded Projects stuck on Processing

I have a customer that has ran Optical Prime and projects are stuck in Processing.

Even after a manual upload and creating a new project the result is the same.  Still shows processing.

What do I do?

  Great presentation and love this tool.  Used a number of tools in the past mostly for cloud (Cloudamize, MAP tool, etc.) and this is just as good and a great help for newbies like me.

  I have the same problem on Project status has been "In Progress" for the past 11 hours. The Project ID's are:

  Hi,

  I have a similar issue... the Optical Prime Run says its completed, but when you load the project, the majority of the data is still missing and won't load up.
