Search-in-progress indicator bar

The search-in-progress indicator blends into the color scheme so well (too well) that it's nearly indistinguishable.  Please consider changing it to a contrasting hue so that we immediately know it's running, perhaps red, to save me the time from having to distinguish if it's pulsing/searching or steady/complete.
