Live Optics Collector crashes v.21.4.10.0

Have downloaded the recent version 21.4.10.0 dated 06-01-2021 and the collector is crashing with error in kernelbase.dll.

Tried on 2 different clients.

Have used the software liveoptics earlier with no issues.

There are no errors other than stopped working and an eventid 1000

  Also the version 21.4.12.1 error in the DPACK.

  Octavio,

  We recently updated the collector at it’s core.

  Moving the dependency of .NET 4.5 to .NET 4.7.

  With this the name of the collector has migrated to just LiveOptics.exe

  Can you confirm that you are running the collector on a machine that has at least .NET 4.7+ on it?

  Otherwise, it will provide an error.

  Sam,

  I just had a customer complain about the same thing. I'm wondering how many customers have systems with 4.7+ available to run the collector from despite being released in 2018. If my customer runs the Nov collector they have previously downloaded will there be any problems?
