The "Top Process" was turned off during the collection run.
Before running the collector, I turned off the SQL servers in my data center. However, SQL still show up as the highest consumer of CPU as observed on the "Top Processes" page. How is this possible?

This might not be a "SQL server", but redistributable instances of SQL are embedded in LOTS of software. This would be one of those times. If you look through the software inventory on that server you will see SQL installed. It's just likely being used by another piece of software on that machine.
