issue running dpack on ubuntu. customer ran and getting collector crashed .

  thanks. I've not used dpack support before so how will o get notifications on answers ? thanks

  David-  Im sure you see now how Support works, but for the edification of future readers:

  Support can be accessed either by the DPACK Support Portal, https://dpacksupport.dell.com- using the same credentials you utilize to access your DPACK Portal.

  Or, You can simply respond as directed to emails revived from the ticketing system, and they will be added to the ticket.
