How to set up access to PURE FlashArray (Purity 5.2.6 or older)

Overview

This document provides the steps on how to configure access to PURE FlashArray using Purity 5.2.6 or older (REST API 1.*)

 

Configure access to PURE storage arrays

  1. Open and login to PURE app dashboard.
  2. Once entered, select Settings from the left panel.

  1. Select Access from the header menu.

  1. Navigate to the Users section and click on the three dots. Select Create User option.

  1. Complete the following fields:
    1. User
    2. Role: select Read-Only
    3. Password
    4. Confirm Password
  1. Once completed, click on the create button.

  1. The user will be added to the Users section.
