Live Optics is pleased to announce that the Collection Support Bundle functionality, a new addition to the .Net Windows OP Collector, is now available.
What is happening?
- This initial release provides wizard functionality to assemble .Net Windows (only) Collector data into a bundle (Zip file) and generate a draft email with dynamic text to send to support.liveoptics.com to facilitate a diagnosis of customer’s issues with collection
The Collector bundle assembles the following files for potential inclusion (depending on file size) in the Zip folder bundle that is emailed by customer to Live Optics support team:
All LiveOptics Troubleshooting Trace* files
All LiveOptics_Configuration.xml files (there should only be one if any)
All LiveOptics_Temp* files
All *.siokit files
Why is this happening?
The speed and quality of diagnosing and addressing customer issues with the .Net Windows Collector is improved through wizard functionality that makes it much easier and faster to assemble the files and send them to support.liveoptics.com via email.
