Welcome to the release notes for NetBackup enhancements for Live Optics. To avail of the most recent releases, please ensure that you download the latest version of the Live Optics collector to get the latest updates and enhancements. New Features/Fixes
The new features and fixes for NetBackup are as follows;
- The lookback for NetBackup has been limited to 120 days.
- NetBackup assessment runs are now faster, related files smaller and processing time within the Live Optics portal is faster.
Known Issues
The current known issues for NetBackup are;
- Only one instance of NetBackup Masterserver can be uploaded to Live Optics at a time to generate a report.
- Clients that have policies that backup duplicate data are included in capacity calculations
Known Limitations
The current known limitations of NetBackup are;
- The browser must be refreshed to see the project updates. Once the project is uploaded to the Web Portal, and the user must refresh the page in order to see the updated project status.
- Internet connection is required
- The Live Optics Collector services must be allowed through the user firewall to run a successful collection.
