Reset your Live Optics account password

This article explains how to reset your Live Optics account password.

  1. There are two ways to access the password reset option:

    Click the following link: https://app.liveoptics.com/account/forgotpassword

    Or, if you are already on the Live Optics log on page, click Forgot Password? to start the password reset process.

  2. Enter your email address and click Submit. A system generated email from liveoptics@liveoptics.com is sent to your email address. Check your junk mail or spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
  3. Enter a new password when prompted, and click Submit to continue. Your password must have a minimum of 9 characters and cannot be the same as your username.
