This graph will also show a comparison of the provisioning values of memory, capacity and vCPU for each VM. There are 6 choices that compare each value to the others. vCPU over memory, vCPU over capacity, memory over capacity, memory over vCPU, capacity over memory and capacity over vCPU. This chart will visually point out the VMs that are uniquely configured with a disproportionately heavy amount of resources.
vCPUs are green, Memory (GB) is blue and Capacity (GB) is orange.
Each bar represents a single VM. The upper bars in the chart represent the VM value on the left side of the dropdown bar. Bars are sorted highest to lowest. Corresponding values on the right will be the lower bars in the chart.
Specific information about each VM can be found in the general excel spreadsheet that can be downloaded for every project.
The values in the chart are taken from:
- Capacity – the value when the data is collected at the time of the collection process. This value matches the free space of the drive on the OS
- Memory - the value is based on the active memory used from the performance data for Guest VMs
- vCPU - the value is based on the AvgCpuUsage from the performance based on the last 24 hours.
