      We are currently experiencing longer than usual wait times for processing of Optical Prime projects. Our Live Optics Engineering team are investigating the issue and aim to have a resolution shortly- we will provide further updates as we have them.

      • We are currently experiencing issues with our Optical Prime live upload service. During this time you may experience issues while undertaking a live upload collection. You may, however, continue to run collections and upload the .siokit file at a later stage to generate your project.

      • This outage has now been resolved.  Please attempt to re-upload and failed Optical Prime projects.   If you experience any further issues or have any questions, please contact a member of our support team. support@liveoptics.com.
      • Please be aware that there is a known issue with the Optical Prime that may be causing a problem with your project uploading and completing.  This issue is currently being worked on now.
